These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of cryptocurrencykiduniya.com and to the courses, classes and memberships offered by Crypto Currency Ki Duniya (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or joining any of our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

  • Forex Online Course: a 2-month online training program.
  • Forex Physical Course: a 1-month program of in-person classes.
  • VIP Premium Signals: a monthly membership to our private WhatsApp group.
  • Free lessons and updates on our website and social media channels.

Course fees, durations and membership prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time.

2. Education only, not financial advice

Everything we provide, including courses, classes, videos, posts, analysis, trade ideas and signals, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

3. Risk warning

Trading forex, gold, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your money. Past performance, including the results of any signal or strategy, does not guarantee future results. We do not guarantee any profit or specific outcome. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to join our courses or the VIP group. You are responsible for making sure that trading, and any platform or broker you use, is allowed where you live.

5. Fees and payments

  • Fees are shown on our website. Course fees are listed in US dollars; the VIP Premium Signals membership is PKR 4,500 or $15 per month.
  • We currently accept payments through Easypaisa and SadaPay.
  • Payment account details are shared only through our official WhatsApp number, +92 340 4681742. Please confirm the account details with us before sending money. We are not responsible for payments sent to any other account or person.
  • Your access starts after we confirm your payment.
  • We will never ask for your PIN, password or OTP.

6. VIP Premium Signals group

  • The membership is paid monthly and gives you access to the private WhatsApp group for the month you have paid for.
  • Free access may be available if you open a trading account through our official broker referral link, subject to the conditions we share with you on WhatsApp.
  • Signals and trade ideas are shared for education only. We do not guarantee their number, timing or accuracy, and you decide whether to act on them.
  • Your relationship with any broker, including deposits, withdrawals and fees, is between you and that broker. We are not responsible for a broker’s services.

7. Courses and classes

  • Course access is personal. Do not share your access, and do not record, copy, resell or distribute our course materials, videos, signals or group content.
  • For physical classes, please arrive on time. We will let you know in advance if a class schedule changes.
  • Please be respectful to mentors and other students. We may remove anyone who is abusive, spams or breaks these terms, without a refund.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our courses, including text, videos, graphics and logos, belongs to Crypto Currency Ki Duniya or is used with permission. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Third-party services and links

Our website links to and uses services from other companies, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, TradingView, payment providers and brokers. We are not responsible for their content, services or policies.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crypto Currency Ki Duniya is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, courses, classes or signals. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
