خلاصہ: ادائیگی کے 3 دن کے اندر مکمل رقم واپس لی جا سکتی ہے، بشرطیکہ آپ کا کورس یا ممبرشپ شروع نہ ہوئی ہو۔ ریفنڈ کے لیے واٹس ایپ یا ای میل پر رابطہ کریں۔

We want you to feel confident when you join Crypto Currency Ki Duniya. This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back.

1. 3-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your payment, as long as your course or membership has not started yet.

Your course or membership has started when:

  • Forex Online Course: you have joined a class or received any course material or access.
  • Forex Physical Course: you have attended your first class.
  • VIP Premium Signals: you have been added to the VIP WhatsApp group.

2. When refunds are not available

  • Requests made more than 3 days after payment.
  • Courses or memberships that have already started.
  • Past or current months of the VIP Premium Signals membership once access has been given.
  • Free access through our broker referral link, because no fee is paid to us. Money you deposit with a broker is handled by that broker, not by us.
  • Access removed because the Terms & Conditions were broken.

3. If we cancel

If we cancel a course or class before it starts, you will get a full refund.

4. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 340 4681742 or email umtradingbots@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and phone number.
  • The course or membership you paid for.
  • The amount, payment method (Easypaisa or SadaPay), payment date and transaction ID or screenshot.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back through the same payment method you used, usually within 7 working days after we confirm your request.
